			Tuesday, 21st January, 1936.]

		Present:- Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors
			excepting Messrs H. Banks & A. R. Wade.

			Minutes of Meeting held on 16th inst.
		were read & confirmed.

Finance			Cheques were signed:-

			Bank Balance	£4260.13.10 Cr.

Results			It was reported that the League match & Bolton
		Wands. had been postponed by the referee & that same was
		to take place on Wednesday, the 22nd inst. Reports were
		given of the matches v Bolton Res. 3-2, v Hoylake 3-1.

Dr. & Trainer's Report	Dr. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported all
		players fit except Coulter, Cresswell, Allen & Sagar.

Teams			These were selected:-
		v Bolton Wanderers (h) 22nd inst.
		King, Cook, Jones, Britton, White, Mercer, Geldard,
		Cunliffe, Dean, Stevenson & Gillick. Res. Miller.

		v Huddersfield Town Res. (h) 25th inst.
		White, Williams, Morris, Kavanagh, Gee, Thomson,
		Leyfield, Bentham, Hullett, Dickinson, Archer. Res. Clark.

Cheetham (Q. P. R.)	Mr. A. Coffey & Dr. C. S. Baxter thought this C. F.
		was the poorest player in the team altho' he appeared to
		be unfit. Mr. G. Evans' opinion was that he looked good.
		He was about 22 & 5'11". It was reported that the Club
		would let us know if they were prepared to part.

Alderson (Darlington)	Mr. W. Laine gave a good report of this I. L.

Tadman (Gillingham)	Mr. J. H. Ford was impressed by this O. R.
