			It was agreed that Williams be given his
		benefit cheque prior to the match  on New Years day,
		& that he Captain the reserve team on that occasion.

Williams (Northwich)	Mr. J. Fare again gave a good report of this
		C. H. & it was decided that he be seen on Wednesday
		at Tranmere by Messrs Gibbins & Wade & if satisfied,
		that negotiations be opened for his transfer, with powers
		up to £500.

Bealtic (St Johnstone) (87) Mr. R. Cochran gave another poor report. 96

Hadgson (L'pool) (91)	It was stated that the Club had refused
		our offer & it was decided not to proceed any further. (93)

Billingham (N'ton)	Mr. J. H. Ford was again not impressed by this O. R.

Joyce (Ashington)	Messrs Laine & Fleetwood gave exceptional
		reports of this I. R. & it was agreed that the Secy.
		proceed with negotiations for his transfer with powers
		to £300.

Beth (Tranmere)	(87)	Letter read asking £6000 & one or two
		of our players for this C. F's. transfer. This was not
		entertained. (123)

Special Training	Decided to send the same players away on
		Monday, 6th Jany., to Buxton, until the Cup Tie. It
		was understood that Mr. W. C. Cuff had agreed to take
		charge of the party.

Next Week's Agenda	Dr. C. S. Baxter gave notice of motion re
		the Captaincy, Mr. W. C. Gibbins gave notice of motion re
		Players wages, & Mr. A. R. Wade desired Melaniphy
		(Plymouth) to be considered at our next meeting.
