our players Cook & Stevenson had done very well.
Morgan (Torquay) Mr. W. C. Cuff thought this player was 1st Class. He
was about 5'8" & of nice build, a good shot & worth following up.
Kernaghan (B. Celtic) Mr. E. Green was impressed with this youngster
who appeared to be a prodigy at his age.
Hetherington (P. N. E.) Mr. W. C. Gibbins reported that this player (O. L.) was
injured early in the game.
Cheetham (Q. P. R.) Mr. F. W. Lake was not impressed by this C. F.
Galley (Wolves) Mr. T. Fleetwood stated that this player had been
at R. H. & was the best player on the field.
Williams (Northwich) Mr. J. Fare reported very favorably of this C. H.
