Morgan (Torquay) Mr. E. Green fancied this O. R. although he had
little to do. He was a stripling & the one decent player on the field.
Cheetham (Q. P. R.) Mr. W. C. Gibbins was similarly impressed with
this man, who was of similar build to Dean & strong & fearless.
Kernagham (Belfast C.) Mr. F. W. Lake gave a very good report of this boy
& was also impressed by McKnight (I. R.) & Feenan (R. B.)
McCartney (Millwall) Mr. J. H. Ford gave a poor report of this O. R.
Fenton (M'bro.) Mr. W. Laine & H. Hart gave fairly good report of
this player. Mr. Hart thought him a good, lazy player.
Moses (Hartlepools) Mr. H. Hart gave a very poor report of this I. L.
Rodgers (Ayr) Mr. R. Cochrane gave a poor report of this O. L.
who had played so well in the previously mentioned I. Lgue. game.
