England v Ireland	Messrs W. C. Cuff & A. Coffey reported that England
(Inter League)	had played badly in losing their 1st match of this series, &
		that Millar (R. B.) Glentoran, Brown (R. H.) & Kerogham (O. R.) Belfast
		Celtic, had played well.

Bray (Barnsley)	49	Mr. J. Fare thought this O. L. very promising but
		lacking in experience. He was well built & would develops and
		should be seen again. Holley (R. H.) had played a very good game.

Rochdale Players	Messrs Kelly, Fare & J. W. Lake could not
		recommend Jones L. B. or Taylor O. R.

Bagley (Bury)		Mr. T. Fleetwood did not fancy this O. R. but
		thought Whitfield (L. H.) Bury was very good.

F. Roberts (Rhyl)	Mr. H. Hart gave a poor report of this O. R. who
		was 5'6". Mr. J. Elliott said he was 5'8", very good & strongly
		recommended him.

Meehan (Drumcondra)	Mr. T. Kelly gave only a fair report to
		this O. L. who was small but young looking.

R. Cochrains Report	This Scouts letter of the 26th Sept. was read.

H. Hampson		Decided to offer this player 30/- per week
		as a Professional.

Mutual Insce. Federn.	The Board viewed with favor the
		proposal of the Football League, regarding the making of
		ex gratia payments to professionals earning £350 or
		over per year, 4 who were entitled to benefit if in
		receipt of a smaller wage.

Season Tickets &	These items were deferred to a later
