[Meeting of Directors held at Exchange
Hotel, Liverpool on Tuesday 24th Sept. 1935]
Present:- Mr. E. Green (Chair) & all other Directors with the
exception of Mr. W. C. Cuff & H. Banks.
The Minutes of the meeting held on the 17th
inst. were read & confirmed.

Messrs Baubs & McIntosh Dr. C. S. Baxter reported the former to be little
different & that the Secretary was expecting to undergo a further
operation.
Reports of Matches Reports were given of the matches:- v Preston Nth. End 2-2,
v Huddersfield Town 1-3, v Huddersfield Res. 2-5, v Northern Nomads 7-1.
Dr. & Trainers Report Mr. T. P. McMurrays report of the 20th inst. was read.
Dr. W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported all players fit
excepting Dean, Stein, Coulter, & possibly Cook.
