Contains minutes of general meetings, annual general meetings, emergency meetings, sub-committee meetings. 2 May 1933 it was agreed to let 3 local firms display the F.A. Cup. 9 May 1933 it was agreed to give a present of 300 to be divided between the players. 22 Aug 1933 it was decided to inform the League that the Club was not in favour of broadcasting matches. 6 Feb 1934 the Secretary reported that he had signed A. E. Stevenson from Rangers. 13 Feb 1934 the Secretary reported that he had secured the transfer of J. Coulter from Belfast Celtic. 17 Apr 1934 it was agreed to go on a tour to Tenerife subject to certain conditions. 14 Jun 1934 the Secretary reported that sanitary notices had been received regarding all the properties in Gwladys Street. He was instructed to apply to have the houses closed. 9 Aug 1934 the Secretary had received a letter from the Sanitary Inspector stating that the Gwladys Street houses could not be closed. 25 Sep 1934 it was decided to discontinue the wearing of the ringed stockings currently in use. 6 Nov 1934 it was agreed to obtain estimates for re-roofing the double decker stand. 20 Nov 1934 it was agreed to order navy blue stockings with white tops. 12 Mar 1935 it was reported that the Secretary, T. McIntosh, was ill and T. Kelly was deputising. 2 Apr 1935 it was agreed that J. Coulter should return home to Ireland after his injury. 9 Apr 1935 it was agreed to undertake a tour of France.
