37 Reports re Players Mr. A. R. Wade reported that Cunningham (G. K.) N. Brighton v Walsall & Lee (O. L.) were good players for Walsall. Stoke v L'pool The Chairman gave a report of this match & stated that Roberts J. (L'pool C. F.) had played hard & usefully, Turner (C. H. Stoke) didn't show up to well. Drake (Southampton) Messrs W. C. Gibbins & J. Fare gave a good reports of the C. F. who was well worth watching again. Blyth Players Mr. J. Fare reported that the Goalkeeper was very promising & only 16 yrs. of age, but that Carmedy (R. H.) & Fenwick (C. H.) were not as good as our 'A' team players. Swindells (Crewe) Mr. T. Kelly reported that the former Weale do was a dashing type of player, but hardly good enough for us and that the latter was no better than Leyfield. Kennedy (Burscough) Mr. T.
