Directors to Birmingham	Messrs E. Green & J. Sharp.

Reports re Players	Mr. H. Hart reported that the former did not
Chambers (Halifax) play well before he was injured & left the field, and he
& Drake (Southampton) was much more impressed with the latter, who had given
		a good display.

Thompson (Spennymoor)	Mr. W. Laine gave and another good report of this
		player.

Celtic F. C.		Letter read from this club asking if we
		were prepared to postpone our 2 matches with
		them, owing to many of their 1st team players
		being injured. It was agreed to inform them
		that the first fixture must be played, but that
		we were quite prepared to postpone the 2nd match
		to a date to be mutually agreed.

Critchley		An enquiry from Huddersfield Town F. C.
		as to the transfer of this player was received.
		Decided we were not prepared to do so at present.

Advertising		An application from Messrs Mitchell for an
		advt. board to go round the ground on match
		days was not entertained.

Scotland v Ireland	An application from the Irish F. A. through
		the Football League for the services of W. Cook
		for this match on Sept. 16th was not granted.

Scotland v Austria	It was decided to order 6 10/6 tickets
		for this match on Novr. 29th.

Midweek League		It was agreed that representatives of
		our Club watch matches in this competition.

W. E. Gault		An application from this ex-player for a
		complimentary season ticket was not granted.

N. U. Rlymen		An application for this Union to make a
		collection on our ground for their Orphan Fund
		was not granted.
