		that the Annual General Meeting
		of the Company, will be held on
		FRIDAY, THE 16TH DAY OF JUNE,
		1933, at 7-30 p.m. sharp, in THE
		LAW ASSOCITION ROOMS, COOK
		STREET, LIVERPOOL, to receive the
		Report of the Directors and the
		Balance Sheet and Accounts for
		the Year ending 6th May, 1933; to
		authorise the payment of Dividend;
		to elect Directors and Auditors;
		and for the transaction of any other
		Business which may be transacted
		at the Ordinary General Meeting of
		the Company.
