re A Team Ground	Letter read from Marine F.C. Decided that
		a deputation consisting of Messrs E Green & W C Gibbins
		meet a deputation from that Club to go into this
		matter, with powers to effect a satisfactory
		settlement for a donation if necessary.

New Players		Secy reported that the following players
		had been offered to us viz. Goslin (Bolton Wdrs) at
		a fee of £5000, Jones (Burnley) at a fee of £4000
		plus transfer of our player Birtley & Chambers
		(Halifax Town) at a fee of £1500. It was decided
		not to negotiate at those figures.

League Match		Letter read from F.L. asking for an
v Leeds United Apl. 18th explanation why we played a week team in
		this match. Secy's reply was read & approved.

St Johns Ambulance	Letter read from the L'pool Brigade asking
		for a special donation. Decided that same be
		left over until the distribution of the next
		Practice match receipts.

Proposed Matches	Secy stated that he had been approached
in Marseilles &c by Mr G. T. Kilcoyne of Marseilles to play a match
		in that city, or make a Tour in the south of France.
		It was decided not to entertain the proposal.

FA Cup Final		The Secy reported that the cheques for
		our share of the S.F. & Final gates had been
		obtain from the FA & had been framed for
		the Board room.

Medals			The medals for the Trainer & Secy to commemorate
		the winning of the Cup were selected.
			It was also agreed to grant a sum of £10
		towards the cost of medals for "A" team for the
		winning of the Geo Mahon Cup.

Players Signed		Secy reported that Clark, McGourty, Bocking & Birtley
		had re-signed.
