Mr. H. Banks		Dr. C. S. Baxter reported the continued bright
		condition of this Director.

Mr. T. H. McIntosh	He also gave his views of the Secretary's con-
		dition & the Asst. Secy. was instructed to convey the Directors feelings
		to Mr. McIntosh.

Worswick (S'port)	Mr. J. Fare stated that this player had had a bad day.

Miller & Baiston (B'ham) He also could not praise the ability of these
		forwards, from reports he had heard.

Ashall (Mansfield)	Mr. H. Hart reported that this I. R. had not
		played but he thought Goodwin (Doncaster) was a good providing forward.

W. E. Players		Mr. W. Laine gave similar reports to last week.

Blyth Spartans F. C.	Decided that we were not interested in
		Barron (g) of this Club.

Bradshaw		Chairman's action in transferring this
		goalkeeper to the Arsenal F. C. at a fee of £1500 was confirmed.

English F. A. Trial Match Decided to appoint two representatives to
(see below)	attend the Pre-match luncheon at Birmingham on 27th inst.

Wales v Ireland		Messrs A. Coffey, W. C. Gibbins & A. R. Wade
		announced their intention to attend this match at Wrexham 27th inst.

F. A. Trial Match	Asst. Secy. reported that Sagar, Britton &
		Geldard were chosen to play with Cunliffe on reserve, in this match.

Ground Committee	Recommendations from the Ground Committee,
		as attached, were received & approved. It was agreed to
		Reserve an Amount in this Season Balance Sheet towards
		the cost of these improvements.

Lancs. Cup Final	It was agreed that subject to all con-
		cerned Clubs being agreeable, we offer the Lancs. F. A. the
		use of Goodison Park for Saty. Apl. 27th. Mr. E. Green reported
		upon the decision made at Blackburn, to play this match
		on the morning of May 6th. at Anfield, kick off 11.15 am.

Bohemians F. C.		Request from this Club for fixtures was
		not entertained.
