Report re Miller (Partick) Mr. J. Fare gave this player a very good report.
		He was 27, 5'9" & 11st. He also recommended Cummings (L. B.) of
		the same club. 22 yrs old, 5'10", 11st, fact & fearless. Mr. Hart
		was requested to make some enquiries about Miller.

Duncan (Hull C.)	Mr. T. Kelly stated this player was young & altho'
		showing certain ability in a poor forward line against a very
		good side, recommended he be seen again. He strongly recom-
		mended Holliday (C. F.) & Hopkins (O. R.) both young men, of Brentford.

W. Laine's Report	This Scout sent word that Gallagher of
		Sunderland, was anxious to change his club & he also
		gave a good report of Martin (C. F.) Throckley Welfare.

Replay Arrangements	In the event of a replay with Derby, it was
		decided to travel to Buxton on Tuesday & on to Derby the
		next day.

Ticket prices		It was agreed that should the result be
		favourable, tickets for the 6th R'nd if played at Goodison
		should be :- Against any 1st Division Club at Bolton,
		7/6 Shareholders & Members Stand, 5/- Every other seat.
		Against any other Club, prices as above excepting
		Goal End Stand 2/6.

A. Dickinson		Secy. reported the acceptance by this
		player of the terms offered him.

Army F. A.		Letter read from this body, recording
		the passing of a Vote of Thanks for our waiving of a
		claim for expenses incurred in the match of Novr. 5, 1934.

C. L. Matches outstanding Secy. was empowered to fix dates for
		postponed matches v Manchester City & Sheffield United.

F. L. Matches do.	F. L. confirmation of proposed new
		dates v Chelsea & Liverpool (subject to Mch. 16 result) received.

Southend Utd.		Request from this Club for a Benefit
		match at Southend for Emlyn Jones, was not entertained.

Unemployed Final	Permission granted for this to be
		played at Goodison Park.
