Goal Double Decker Letter read from Messrs A. Leitch & Partners
stating that the Wolverhampton Corrugated Iron Co.
could not reduce their price. It was therefore
decided to place the contract with them at a cost
of £62.18.9.
Tour in Algiers Letter read from Stade Velodrome Municipal
asking if we would be prepared to play matches
in Algiers. Decided that they be informed that
we could not play during the Season but the
matter of playing in the close season was left
over until later on.
Donations Application received from Gillingham F. C.
Supporters Club for a donation towards the Sam
Raleigh Fund. Same was not entertained.
Collection Application for the Southern Hospital for
permission to take a collection on the ground
was not entertained.
Players on Transfer Lists & letters received form Chelsea, Hull City,
Blackpool & Southend United F. C. Secy. was
instructed to make enquiries from Chelsea & Hull City
as to what players they were prepared to part with.
Complimentary Tkts. An application from the Dunlop Rubber Co. for
tickets for Irish Boxer was not granted.
J. E. Jones It was decided to increase this player's wages
