L'pool Hospital Cup Permission was granted for the use of our ground
for one of these Cup Ties.
J. G. Watson Chairman reported the non acceptance by this
player of Coventry City F.C.'s offer of an engagement.
London Lock Hospital A request for a donation was not entertained.
N. H. Insurance Chairman stated that he was meeting the
South African Tour players regarding these matters, on Friday, the 5th inst.
Insurances It was decided that the Royal Insurance Co.,
quotation of £248.9.7 be accepted for Comprehensive Policies.
Irish F.A. Permission for the release of Stevenson &
(Ireland v Scotland) Coulter was granted.
Merseyside Spectator Ass't Secy. was instructed to make some
enquiries as to the bona-fides of this journal, in applying
for Press tickets.
Collection, Gresford Fund He also reported the progress of the arrange-
ments in hand for this Collection on October 6th.
Gresford Colliery Band Letter read offering this Band's services on
Oct. 6th in connection with the collection. This offer was accepted
& Mr. Kelly instructed to journey to Gresford & make the necessary
arrangements.
E. D. Graham Request from this gentleman for tickets for the
Dean of L'pool & friends for the West Bromwich match was granted.
Loss of Gate Insurance A proposal to insure the Gate Receipts
against bad weather &c., was not entertained.
Gwladys St. Property Chairman reported upon the present
state of the negotiations with the tenants.
Admission to C.L. Matches Decided that in future, the price of ad-
mission to boys be reduced to 2 d instead of 3 d.
Team Practice on Pitch It was agreed that the players be allowed
the use of the playing pitch, one day in the week, at the
Trainer's discretion subject to the state of ground & weather.
Kitchen Vice Chairman submitted plans & estimate
for this & it was agreed that Mr. C. R. Harris be instructed
to proceed on this work at once, at a cost of £89.11.0.
