		   Sir,
			At the Meeting of the tenants of Gwladys St. houses, three
		resolutions were passed.
						1

			That the offer of the Everton Football Club be rejected on
		the ground that the compensation is not sufficient.

						2

			Any offer coming from the Everton Football Club must be given
		to each tenant in writing.

						3.

			In the event of all tenants accepting any proposal from the
		Everton Football Club, each tenant to be given a written guarantee, that
		they will be paid their compensation when they deliver up their keys.
