Transfer of Shares	The following transfers were approved.
		Geo. Evans to Arthur Evans 3 Shares Nos. 2093 to 2095
		   do. 	   to Hilda Farrington 1  do.	       2096
		   do.	   to Edna Mary Chadwick 1 do.	      2097.

Mr. H. Banks		Secy. reported that this Director was much
		brighter. Mr. H. Cook's a/c £10.10.0 for Massage was submitted
		and it was agreed that same be paid.

Bocking			Secy. reported that this player had refused
		an offer of £6.10.0 per week from Clapton Orient F. C.

L. Rose			Secy. reported that this amateur player had
		arrived for trial. It was decided to employ him on
		the ground at a wage of 50/- per week for the month.

New Brighton F. C.	Letter read that this club regretted they
		were unable to fulfil their obligation to us at present.

Gwladys St. Property	The Chairman reported that he had got this
		matter in hand.

Friendly Match		Mr. T. Kelly reported that whilst in Glasgow, Mr.
v Celtic	W. Maley of Celtic F. C. had spoken to him re the
		playing of a match between his club & ours on our
		ground. After giving the matter careful consideration
		it was decided that owing to the heavy programme
		we had to get through during Augt. & Sept. it was
		impossible to comply with the request.

Reports re Palyers	Mr. T. Kelly reported that this man was a very
F. O'Donnell (Celtic) useful player, shooting not too noticeable, but heading &
		ball control good. He rather fancied him.

Mills (Aberdeen)	Mr. J. Fare reported that this player was young
		5.10 & 10½st. did not do too well in 1st half, but played
		very well in 2nd half, was always well up with the other
		forwards & a good shot.

Macdonald (Celtic)	Mr. T. Kelly also reported that these 2 centre
Kelvin (Kilmarnock) halfs were young & very promising.

Block F. Stand		Mr. W. C. Gibbins notice of motion to reduce
		the price for this Stand was not carried.
