Gwladys St.		Letter read from the Sanitary Inspector stating
Property	that the Corporation could not grant permission
		for these houses to be Closed. It was decided to
		leave the question in the hands of the Chairman to
		have an interview with the Authorities on the matter.

League Minutes		The minutes affecting our club were read.

A. G. Spragg		Letter of thanks received from this gentleman
		for the medal sent him as a token of appreciation.

Transfer of Shares	The following transfer was approved
		Albert Gilmer to Hugh Victor Gilmer 3 Shares Nos. 1599 to 1601.

J. Stein		A/Cs received re operation to this player as
		follows. Dr. Douglas, Gultrie Surgeons Fee £15.15.0 &
		Nursing Fees &c. £6.8.6 and same were ordered to
		be paid.

Arrangements for	It was decided to travel to London by 2.15
Tottenham Match	pm. train on the 24th inst. attend Theatre in evening
		and to return by 12.10 pm. train on the 26th inst.

Bangor City F. C.	Letter read from this Club asking if we
		would be prepared to take them over for use as
		a nursery. Decided to reply in the negative.

Cricket Matches		The action of the Chairman & Secy. in arranging
		the following matches was approved. v L'pool F. C.
		at Upton Aug. 6th, v Meat Traders Association on
		Aug. 15th & Combined Team of our club's & L'pool players
		v Bootle on Aug. 16th & 17th.

Complimentary Tkts.	It was decided to discontinue the practice of
		issuing each player with 2 Compy. Season Tickets and
		to let them have 2 tickets for each match to be
		issued on Fridays & on days in midweek before
		each match & no further tickets to be issued to
		them.

Captain &		W. R. Dean was re-elected Capt. & J. Thomson
Sub Capt.	Sub Capt. for forthcoming Season.
