Reports re Players	Mr. E. Green reported that this player had
Bell (Tranmere)	done fairly well and was worth looking at.

Dodd (Doncaster R.)	Secy. reported that this C. F. had shown
		great promise, was 21, 5-8½ & 11st. His ball control
		was good & he was certainly well worth following up.

Skelmersdale Players 	Mr. H. Hart stated that Briscoe (Left Bk.) was a
		good two footed player, but somewhat slow in
		recovery. He was 20 yrs. old.

Stockport County	Mr. F. W. Lake reported very favorably of
Players		Jenkinson (L. B.), Jones (L. H.) & Lythgoe (C. F.).

Spencer Evan's		Mr. T. Fleetwood reported that this L. H. B. was
(Rhyl.)		not up to standard required by us.

Campbell		Mr. J. Fare reported that this C. F. had
(Lincoln City)	played very badly v Notts Forest.

Eastham (Blackpool Jr.)	Mr. J. Elliott stated that this I. R. who was
		only 17 was the best player be had seen.
		Decided to try & get him to play trial in A team.

Reed (Walsall)		Mr. T. Kelly reported that he did not think
		this half back was good enough for us, but he
Green (South port) stated that the latter was good.

Davies(Swansea)		Secy. reported that he had had good reports
		of this full back.

Charity Match		It was agreed to allow W. Cresswell to
at Wavertree	referee this match on Good Friday morning.
