were read & confirmed.

Reports of Matches Reports were received of the Matches v
Blackburn Rovers (Lancs Cup) 1-2, Mbro 0-2, N'cle United
Res 4-3 & Earle 1-0.
Dr & Trainers Reports Dr W. T. Davies & Trainer Cooke reported
Coggins, Williams & Dean unfit. Mr McMurray's
report on the two letter was also read.
Ireland v England The release if our Trainer H Cooke to act
for the English team was confirmed. T. White
had been selected but acting on the instruction
of the Chairman, the Secy had applied for his
release which the FA had granted.
Application had also been made by the
Irish F.A for the release of Cook to play for
them, but this was not granted.
Stevens Secy Reported that he had had a verbal
sent alive offer of £250 from Southend United
