Lowe, Parker & Cunliffe had not accepted terms offered. Decided not to offer Lowe any increase, but to offer Parker & Cunliffe £4 per week in playing Season instead of £3. Cook Mr. W. C. Gibbins & Secy. reported that the Chairman of the Tranmere Rovers F.C. had stated that they were prepared to offer this player an engagement and if at the end of next season, we required his services, they would transfer him to us if we would repay them the wages he had received.
