294 [Meeting of Ground Committee held at Goodison park L'pool on Thursday 6th April 1933] Present Messrs W. C. Cuff, H. Banks, J. Sharp & Dr. C. S. Baxter. Painting After inspecting the Stands &c it was decided to make the following recommendations to the Board:- Wall on west side of Practice Ground. That the present hoarding on top of this wall be removed, and that the existing 14' wall be extended up to the height of the hoarding W.C.C. now there 9in in breadth that the wall be made unclimbable & that double unclimbable gates be fixed in the wall where it abuts on to Goodison Avenue. The Committee inspected the Principals and Bullens Purlins of the Rd. D D & are of opinion that same require immediate attention by scraping off all rust & painting & that if one coat of Goodlass Wall & Co. Anodite Anti-rust paint would be sufficient, that paint be used, but that if 1 coat be insufficient, then Anodite be used, 1 ct, but that the paint as 2nd coat per sample shown by the Chairman of the Ground Committee viz.
