Present:- Mr. W C Cuff (Chair) & all other directors with the
exception of Mr. Sharp & Dr. Baxter (at Buxton with
the team) and Mr. G. Evans.
Minutes The Minutes of Meeting on 7th inst & Finance
Meeting on 9th inst., were read & confirmed.
Finance Receipts were reported as follows:-

Preston North End F.C. On a/c Transfer Fees £150. 0.0

Cheques were signed for the following:-

Reports of Matches Reports were received of the matches:-
v Portsmouth 2-2, v Manchester United Res 3-3, v Hoylake 1-2
Dr. & Trainers Report Dr. W. T. Davies reported all players fit except
McClure whom he recommended for operation & the Trainers
report from Buxton was that all players there were fit,
(with the possible exception of Geldard).
