Reports re Players Mr. W. Laine gave a moderate report of this C.F. and
Coulthard (Stockton) Mr. J. Fare gave various details of his findings about the
player, who had not, however, turned out for Stockton on the 11th inst.
Crawley v King Mr. H. Hart was not impressed with the play
(Hamilton Accies) of these two men, who to him, appeared slow.
Craig (Halifax) He further stated that this C.H. had had a
good 1st half, but had done nothing later.
Dougal (Carliste) Mr. J. Elliott reported that this player had
now been dropped from the 1st team.
Baines & Spooner (York) Mr. T. Fleetwood said that these forwards
were not good enough.
Brown (Darlington) Mr. W. Laine gave a fairly good report of this
I.R who was 25, 5'7½" & 11st.
Browning (Maryhill Hibs) Mr. D. Richardson's letter was read re the
promising play of this half back who was on Celtic's list.
Danish Tour Letter read from Mr. Armstrong re suggested
tour arranged by him but no action taken. Sec'y
