		Present :- Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & All other Directors.

Minutes			The Minutes of Meeting held on 3rd inst.,
		were read & confirmed.

J. G. & T. G.		The engagement of these players at a
Watson		wage of £5 per week each until May 6, 1933 &
		a signing on bonus of £10 each was con-
		firmed, as was also the amount paid to
		Blyth Spartans F.C. viz. £200 Fee for
		T. G. Watson & an additional donation to the
		Club of £200.

Finance			The following receipts were reported:-

Reports of Matches	Reports were received of the matches:-
		v Birmingham 0-4, v Stockport County Res 6-5

Dr & Trainer's Report.	Dr. W. T. Davies reported all players fit at
		Goodison Park excepting McGourty. Dr. McMurray
		reported that Williams, whose knee was mending
		nicely, had contracted influenza very slightly, whilst the
		trainers report from Buxton declared Gee only to be unfit.
