Reports re Players Messrs J Fare & T Kelly reported that this man
Nelson (P.N.E.) was good & the makings of a 1st class C.H.B. He was
23, 6'0" big & strong.
Burns (Spennymoor) Messrs J Fare & W Laine gave a poor report of
this OR
Liddell (Stoke) Mr H Hart reported that this O.R. played well
at the start of match v Spurs, but faded out & was
injured.
Geldard (Bradford) Secy reported that the Club stated they were
not prepared to part with this O.R.
Dickenson (Guilden Sutton) Mr J McGill reported that this CF was very
promising, 18yrs. 5'.8" 10'.8".
Players Missing Secy reported that Bocking was late for train
Train on Sat last & that Lowe had not attended. They
blamed the postal service, but it had been
pointed out to the latter that that was no excuse.
