Leitch & Partners giving names of contractors & amounts of their respective tenders also plan of proposed alterations to Lavatories adjoining office Premises. It was decided to ask them to let us have copy of the specifications & the contracts before going into the matter. Confirmed as Correct W. C. Cuff Chairman
