hotel expenses for this Tour by Messrs Thos. Cook & Sons
& Dean & Dawson, and it was decided to accept
the quotation of the former at a cost of £49.19.10

Alteration to The prices for the proposed alterations to the
Lavatories &c Lavatories for Directors Box were left in the hands
of the Ground Committee to go into & report.
Tranmere Rovers F.C. The Chairman reported that this Club had
asked if we could give them a donation towards the
cost of G. Cook's wages. Decided not to do so.
St Lukes Festival The use of the practise ground was granted
for this function on Sat 3rd June next.
Benefit Match Permission was granted for Common, Martin
for Widnes Rugby Club & Rugby to play in this match on the 28th inst
Blackpool Hospl Cup The suggestion of Blackpool F.C. that P. Snape
referee this match on May 9th was agreed to.
Use of Ground The use of GP was granted for Geo. Mahon Cup
Final on Thurs May 5th & for Houston Cup Final on
Friday May 6th instead of 7th.
Dix (Bristol Rovers) Letter read from this club asking if we
would relinquish the lien we had on this player.

A Team Hut & Fencing It was decided to ask the Kirkdale F.C. to
make us an offer for these.
Accounts It was agreed that the cost of the Marconiphone
be charged to Capital a/c & that we claim an allowance
for Income Tax purpose of 15% of cost & £80 a year. Decided

Terracing It was agreed that before proceeding with
