		Mr. A. Coffey & Mr. J. Fare proceed to London immediately with powers
		to sign him up to £3,000, provided that his age was not above 26.

Russell (Strathclyde)	Mr. J. Fare gave a very poor report of this L.H.

Baines (York City)	Mr. Hart gave a fair report of this C.F. who was unlikely
		to leave York owing to business.

Leyland (Chorley)	MR. Fleetwood could not recommend this C.H.

Stewart (Cowdenbeath)	Mr. A. Hair supplemented his previous good report of this man.

Stokes (Kettering)	Mr. W. Gibbins reported well of this L.B.

Wallbanks (Scarboro')	Mr. Kelly gave only a fair report of this C.F. but thought
		Pugh (I.L. ) Notts. Forest, a good all round player.

Chester F.C.		Messrs Mandley, Quinn, Walton & Hewitt of this
		club attended the meeting & enquired re signing Webster
		for 12 months. It was decided not to allow this player
		to go, but they were offered the services of Chedgzoy,
		Birtley or Fryer. Not being prepared for a decision, this was left
		in abeyance for the time being & the deputation left the meeting.

H. Hart			The question of giving a benefit to this employ-
		ee was deferred for a month.

Tottenham Hotspur F.C.	Secretary reported that this club were not now
		interested in Martin but had asked the price for Webster.

Easter Sunday		Mr. E. Green suggested that the players be taken
		by road to Brighton. It was decided to leave this matter
		to the Directors in charge of the team.

Lift			Messrs Medway Bros. quotation of £572
		was accepted on the recommendation of Mr. Archd. Leitch with the former club.

Derby County F.C.	Mr. W. C. Cuff reported his conversations re Dix.
Newcastle Utd. F.C. & also the cancellation by the League & ourselves of March 16th
		for the latter fixture. This matter was left in his hands
		to come to an arrangement for the last two weeks of the season.

German Tour		The Chairman outlined the offer of Dr. Otto Nery
		for 5 matches in Germany at £350 per match. He was 
		deputed to endeavour to secure £450 per match. The 
		Sec'y. read letter from Zurich F.C. regretting inability to come to terms.
