Exchange Hotel, Liverpool on
Tuesday 12th January 1932]
Present Mr W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors.
Minutes The Minutes of Meeting held on the 5th inst
& Finance Meeting held on the 7th inst were read
& confirmed.
The Finance Committee brought forward the
question of Bank Interest & Commission stating that
in their opinion the charges were excessive. The
Secy produced a letter dated 28th Septr 1925 from the
Bank Manager stating that the interest on overdraft
would be ¼ per cent over Bank Rate, (but this had been
exceeded) & Commission 1/8th%. The Secy was instructed
to write him on the matter.
Finance The following receipts were reported:-
Back Gate v L'pool £2638.6.8 Sale of Cup Tickets £711.7.0
the total gate now being £5056.12.8 and the Exs.
1- Tax £845.5.10 Exs of Match £107.8.10. 1% to League
£20.10.4. ½ net gate to each club £2051.18.0.
Secy reported that a grab raid had been made
at No. 2 turnstile and £6.12.0 stolen. He had
reported same to the Insurance Co.
