Reports re Players	Mr J. Fare reported that Proudfoot (Barnsley)
Bradford City v Barnsley had played very nicely until injured, Alexander,
		Peet (Bradford City) had played well & Hallows (Bradford)
		had played a very strong game & scored 5 goals.

Lawrence (Runcorn)	He also reported that although small (only
		about 5'5" or 6') was an excellent player.

Dunn, Cook &		Mr T. Fleetwood reported that he did not
Ferguson (Crook) consider any of these players good enough for
		us. Ferguson was the best but was too light.

Jenkinson		Secy reported that this player was about
(Stockport)	19. 5 8½ & 11 st a good kicker with either foot
		but poor with his head.

Gibbons (Fulham)	Secy reported that he had been informed
		that this player was not quite, 25 yrs. of age.

Weale (Crewe)		Letter read asking £1500 for this player's transfer.
		Decided to reply that this was beyond our idea
		of price.

Robbins (Cardiff C.)	Letter read asking us to make an offer for
		this player. Decided to reply that if their idea
		of price was anything approaching the amount
		previously asked, we were not interested.

Marine F.C.		A copy of the proposed license for the renting
		of this ground was produced & approved.

Broadcasting		Secy. reported that the work was in hand
		& that Messrs Pulford Bros had guaranteed to have the
		work completed by the 29th inst. Alternative positions
		for the store room for amplifiers were suggested.
		Secy. to see the contractors on the matter.
