Reports re Players	Mr E. Green reported that this player was not too
Kilhourhy (Wigan) well built & that on his display on Sat. last he
		could not recommend & Mr J. Fare also stated that
		he was not satisfied with his display. It was however
		left to Chairman to try & secure his transfer up
		to £200.

Morton v Clyde		Secy reported that Blair was a cool but good
		back but only about 5'6" or 7". Simpson was a useful
		left half but wandered too much, but was certainly
		worth seeing again. Boyd quite a useful centre forward
		but Black (C.F.) of Morton was of no use to us.

Birtley (Crook)		Mr J. Elliott gave an excellent report of this
		OR. and it was decided that Secy proceed to fix
		him up and to promise a donation to the Crook
		Club of £210.

Meek (Gateshead)	Mr W. Laine again gave good reports of this
		player.

Bagley (Planters)	Mr W. Clarkson gave a poor report of this O.R.

Broadcasting		Secy reported that the Marconiphone Co were
		prepared to give a private demonstration with their
		super searchlight amplifier on Nov. 3rd at a cost of
		£22 and it was decided to accept this.

Martin			Secy reported that Bolton Wdrs were not
		now interested in this player & that the L'pool FC
		Secy had thought the price asked was too big.

Goodfellow Fund		Permission was granted for this organisation
						    28th
		to make a collection on the ground on 14th Novr.

Rialto Bathroom		Invitation received from this firm for Directors
		& Players to attend a Sports Ball on 4th Novr. but same
		was not accepted.

Ireland v England	Mr A. Coffey gave a report of this match.
