Use of Ground An application for the use of our ground
for a replay cup tie between L'pool & Stretford
School boys on Sat morning next was granted.
Result Board The Sub Committees action in ordering a
Unit System Board at a cost of £9.15.0 was confirmed.
England v Secy was instructed to put an advt in local
Scotland papers asking for applications from the public to
be sent in to our club for tickets for this match
on Ap. 9th next. Decided to order 12 £1.1.0 tickets
for ourselves.
G. S. Martin Secy reported that the L'pool FC had enquired
if we would part with this player. Decided to
ask a fee of £4000 with power to come down
to £3000 and to notify the Bolton Wanderers FC
of this proposal.
Bristol Rovers FC No payment having been received from
this club, it was decided to report them to the
League.
Y.M.C.A. An application for a further donation
to these funds was not entertained.
Lythgoe Memorial An invitation from the L'pool County FA for
Cup us to compete for this cup was accepted & it was
agreed to play our C.L. team in the competition.
Ireland v England The Chairman & Mr C Hayes gave reports on
this match played on Sat last.
