Robotham (Port Vale) Sat. last he could not recommend this player.
Kilhoury (Wigan Boro.) Mr J Fare gave a very good reports of this
player and it was decided that Messrs E Green,
A. R. Wade & J Fare watch him again on Sat next &
if satisfied, enter into negotiations and report to
the remaining Directors on their return from B'ham.
Chatburn (Clitheroe) Mr W Clarkson that this centre forward
was very promising & in the rough. He was 21,

London Caledonians Mr H Ford again reported that there were
no forwards good enough for us in this team
but spoke very favorably of the outside right
& outside left of Barnet.
Meek (Gateshead) Mr W Laine gave another good report of this
forward.
Dale (Kilwinning R) Mr A Hair gave another good report of this C.F.
Armstrong (Airdrie) He also gave a report of this player whom
he resembled to Gallacher (Chelsea).
Helliwell (Stockport) An application from this player for a
months trial was not entertained.
Jenkinson (Stockport) Mr W. C. Gibbins reported that this back was
no better than Common. The price asked for him
by Chairman of Stockport was first £3500 & now
£2500. Decided not to negotiate for his transfer.
McGovern J E It was decided not to offer these two
& Walker M players re-engagements.
