Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Team v Stoke- Jardine, Earp, Howarth, Kelso, Holt, Robertson, Latta, Geary,
Maxwell, Chadwick & Milward with McLean as Reserve - Mr. Stockton
to go as rep. the Committee.
v Leek - Smalley, Chadwick, Collins, Wharmby, Jones, Lochhead,
Gordon, Murray, Pinnel, McMillan, Elliott.
List of Members Resolved that the motion authorising list of members to be posted
in Committee Room be rescinded.
General Meeting Resolved that a General Meeting of the Members be called in accordance
with the requisitions sent in and that the meeting be held in the
School Room Royal Street at 8 - 0 on Tuesday the 15th Inst.
Prospectus of Resolved that 500 copies of Prospectus of the E.F.C and Athletic
E.F.C & A.G.C Grounds Co. Limited be forwarded by the Secretary with notice of
General meeting provided the same be approved by the Chairman
(Mr. Mahon).
Motion by Mr. Nisbet left over until next Meeting.
Com. to assist Resolved that Mr. Davies be deputed to assist Treasurer
Treasurer on Saturday next.
Combination Resolved that Mr. Howarth look after team on Saturday next
Team during Mr. Clayton's absence.
