Committee Meeting held Monday February 8th 1892

Present		W. Jackson Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Howarth, Ramsay, Nisbet, Clayton,
		Griffiths, Coates, Atkinson, Baxter & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting read & Confirmed.

Team	v	Burnley (League match) - Jardine, Howarth, McLean, Kelso, Holt,
		Robertson, Latta, Wyllie, Maxwell, Chadwick & Milward with Messrs
		Griffiths & Currier as representing the Com. and Mr. T. Savage to be
		invited to accompany them.
	v	W. Wanderers Reserve - Smalley, Chadwick, Collins, Kirkwood, Jones,
		Wharmby, Gordon, Murray, Pinnel, McMillan & Elliott.

Motion by	Resolved that as we have not received Mr. Houlding's acceptance of
Mr. Clayton	the Club's offer of £180 per annum for the Ground and as Mr. Houlding
		has given the Club notice to quit the present ground, the Club's Solicitors
		be instructed to arrange for a lease of the Goodison Road Ground
		on the terms mentioned in the sub-committee's report."

		The first motion by Mr. Howarth was not entertained by the
		Committee & the second motion was withdrawn.
Removal of	Resolved that the Secretary communicate with Mr. Houlding &
Stands etc.	ask him whether he will give us until 7th May to remove
		our Stands etc. from the present ground.

Vice President	Resolved that Mr. G. Mahon be elected Vice President of the Club.

Vice Chairman	Resolved that Mr. G. Mahon be elected Vice Chairman in
		place of Mr. Barclay resigned.

Member of	Resolved that the election of a member of Committee be

EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
