Resignation of	Resolved that the resignations of H. P. Cleaver & G. V. Wall as
members		members of the Club be accepted.

Accounts	Resolved that the account from Burnley be paid £1.4.6.

Assoc. Meeting	Resolved that Messrs Currier, Clayton & the Secretary attend
		the Council meeting in London tomorrow to explain the
		present position of the Club.

Members address Resolved that the application of Mr. Houlding (per Mr. Nisbet)
book		to have the members address book be not granted.

Notice of Motion by Mr. Clayton - That in the event of this Committee not
		receiving word from Mr. Houlding in reply to the offer of the
		members of the Club by Monday next, that the Committee
		proceed to carry out the wishes of the members with
		reference to other ground.
