Turnstiles etc.	Resolved that the Secretary arrange with Supt. Walsh to
for Xmas day	supply 4 Detectives on Xmas day to overlook Turnstile
		men etc.

Lan. Cup Tie	The Secretary reported that he had offered South Shore £20
		to play Cup Tie at Everton.

Man to take	Resolved that Milward's Brother be employed to look
charge of Ball  after football during matches & return same to Trainer
on Ground	& to be paid 6 extra to present amount.

Account		Resolved that Sugg's a/c £72.13.10 be paid & also an
		a/c for April last, if not paid £3.4.9.

Bonuses to	Resolved that our League representatives oppose the
Players		rule proposed by Football League & Alliance re
		the payment of Bonuses to players.

Training etc.	Resolved that the Secretary write to the players, calling
		upon them to pay strict & special attention to Training in
		view of the Xmas & New Years matches & not to go
		skating on the Ice.

Ground		Resolved that Mr. Ramsay look after the Ground &
		order what is required according to circumstances.

Xmas boxes	Resolved that we give each of the Players 30/ as a Xmas Box
		& Waugh, Orme & Veale 20/ each that is £45 in all.

Next Meeting	Resolved that our next Meeting be January 4th 1892.

39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
