Committeeman	     Resolved that Mr Howarth be deputed to assist
to assist Treasurer  the Treasurers on Saturday next.

Wirral Assoc.	Resolved that the Secretary arrange to play a match
		for the benefit of the Wirral F. A. terms bare expenses.

Dec. 28th	Resolved that the Secretary try & arrange match for
Fixture		Everton Team at home on the 28th Inst.

Complimentary	Resolved that the Managers Assistant at N & S Wales
Ticket		Bank be presented with a complimentary ticket.

Sunderland	Resolved that the kick off on Xmas Day be adv.
Match		2-15 for the League Match.

		The Secretary was instructed to write to Mr. Houlding
		and ask if he would be willing to allow the entrance
		gate near Mr. Orrel's land in Walton Breck Road to
		be used as an exit gate.
