Committee Meeting held Monday November 16th 1891
Present J. Houlding Esq. (in the Chair) Messrs Barclay, Jackson, Currier,
Coates, Clayton, Stockton, Howarth, Nisbet, Ramsay, Griffith,
Atkinson, Williams, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Bye Laws Resolved that a Sub Committee be appointed consisting of
Messrs Clayton, Howarth & Williams to consider Bye Laws re
training etc. & report to the General Committee.
Cheque Resolved that the presiding Chairman at every meeting sign
Signatures all cheques.
Resolution of Resolved that the resolution of October 26th relative to the
Oct 26th signing of cheques be not rescinded.
Club Dinner Resolved that we have a Dinner & that it be restricted
to Players & members of Committee only - & that Messrs
Clayton, Atkinson, Stockton, & Baxter be appointed as a
Sub Committee to make arrangements. The members
of the Committee to pay for their own tickets.
R. E. Smalley Resolved that Smalley be excused from playing during
December as requested.
Witton Resolved that the Secretary ask for more particulars re the
benefit match playing of a benefit match for the Witton F. Club & the
Committee will try & meet their request.
