Committee Meeting held Monday Nov. 9th 1891

Present		W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Ramsay, Coates,
		Griffiths, Nisbet, Atkinson, Clayton, Jackson, Currier, Howarth,
		Stockton, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Payment by	Resolved that all accounts amounting to £2 &
Cheque		upwards be paid by cheque.

Club finances	Mr. Nisbet's motion not having a seconder fell to the ground.

Bonus to	Resolved that no inducements in the shape of money be
players		offered to players to win matches beyond the arrangements
		already made.

R. H. Howarth	Resolved that the Secretary communicate with North
		End about the release of this player.

Honorarium	Resolved that Dr. Baxter be paid a guinea as an honorarium
		for his attendance on Jardine.

		Resolved that the sum of £25 be paid to the Secretary as
		an honorarium, on distinct understanding that it shall
		not form a precedent.

New members	Resolved that members who have been notified of their election
		& have not taken up their tickets be notified that their
		Subscription & entrance fee must be paid not later than
		Saturday next & that Messrs Cuff & Green be also notified.

		Mr. Stockton will propose Mr. J. R. Jackson, 33 Adelaide Rd
		as a member at next meeting.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
