Com. Meetings	Resolved that the Com. Meetings be held every Monday regularly
		in future instead of fortnightly.

Stewards	Resolved that Mr. Wilson purchase Badges for the Ground Stewards.

Committee Meeting held Monday August 17th 1891

Present		W. Jackson Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Williams, Currier, Clayton,
		Dr. Baxter, Ramsay, Nisbet, Wilson, Stockton, Howarth & the Sec.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Badges for	Resolved that the Treasurer order Badges for members of the
Com.		Committee.

New Players	Resolved that the agreement made with Collins be confirmed
		& that we engage S. Williams of Brombro as Goalkeeper terms
		45/- per week during playing Season and 30/- during Summer
		for 2 Seasons & that he receive an advance out of his wages
		£10 (say Ten Pounds).

J. Marsden	Resolved that on account of the unsatisfactory state of
		Marsden's leg that Dr. Baxter ask Dr. Rushton Parker to
		examine him & report thereon.

J. Jolliffe	Resolved that the question of engaging this Player be defered.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
