Committee Meeting held Monday July 13th 1891

Present		W. E. Barclay Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Williams, Coates, Ramsay,
		Jackson, Stockton, Atkinson, Clayton, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Dressing Rooms	Resolved that this matter stand over for the present.

Press Tickets	Resolved that Press Tickets be issued as follows
		2 for the Mercury, 1 each for Courier, Express, Post, Echo, Mr Aitkin,
		2 Athletic News, 1 Bootle Times, Football Field, Athletic Journal,
		J. J. Egan, Chas. C. Hall, Field Sports, British Sport, Fair Play,
		Lan. Evening Post, Sporting Chronicle & Umpire.

Complimentary	Resolved that the following gentlemen be presented with Complimentary
Ticket		Tickets
		Sup. Walsh:    Mr. Owens: Mr. Mawdsley:  Mr. Morrison: Mr. Hughes
		Leet: Strettle: "   Orrel: "   Middleton: "    Bell :  " P.D. Redman
		together with the Bootle Committee.

Mr. G. Fleming	Resolved that a Purse be purchased & engraved & that we
		present the same with the £25 as a Testimonial to Mr. G. Fleming
		at the next meeting.

Picnic		Resolved that we held our Annual Picnic at Freshfield &
		that Messrs Stockton, Ramsay & the Secretary see to the arrangement.

Club Fixtures	The Secretary read out a list of fixtures made for the League
		Team (outside League fixtures). The list was confirmed &
		signed by the Chairman.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
