Committee Meeting held Monday June 27th 1892. Present G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair). Messrs, Griffiths, Clayton, Coates, Leyland, Davies, Jackson, Atkinson, Dr. Baxter & the Sec. Minutes of last meeting read & Confirmed. Agreement Resolved that the Chairman & the Secretary sign the agreement with Company handing over the affairs of the Club to the Company. Signed July 4th 1892.
