Memorandum &	Mr. Cornett the Club's Solicitor appeared & read over
Articles of Assn. the documents after which it was resolved
		"That the Memorandum & Articles of Association be now
		Signed by the Committee."

Engagement &	Resolved that the Committee deal with the question of
payments to Players payments to Players as occasion arises.

Payment by	Mr. Coates suggested a principal of payment to Players by
results		results allowing a salary weekly as retaining fee after when
		it was resolved "That the whole question be left over
		until next week.

New Players	Resolved that the question of engaging a half Back & forward
		be considered at a meeting to be called for Wednesday next
		at 3 - 0.

Athletic Sports	Resolved that we hold another Athletic Meeting on
		August 13th & that the Secretary Communicate with
		Mr. Churchill as to use of Police Ground etc.

Dr. Whitford &	Resolved that Mr. Clayton & the Secretary meet
others re	upon Dr. Whitford & inform him & his Friends of the
Co. Scheme	resolution of previous week as to Season Ticket holders &
		applications for Shares.

18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
