Wedding present Resolved that the Club make Latta a present of £10 as a wedding
to Latta present. Messrs Griffiths & Leyland to present the same to him.
Stands etc. "Resolved that on the Grounds Committee obtaining full plans to carry
out- Kelly's rough plan - uncovered Stands 4000 each - Covd. Stand 3000
the Committee be authorised to close with Kelly Bros. at
£1640 (Dressing rooms not included) work to be finished not later
than 31st July next, under a penalty to be fixed by the Committee."
Company Scheme "Resolved that - Season Ticket holders applying for 10 or more shares
be treated & considered as members."
Shares "Resolved that a circular be sent out to members not having
applied for shares informing them that representatives of the Com.
will be in attendance at Goodison Rd. on Saturday next from
3 to 6 O'Clock and at the office Bixteth St. on Monday
next from 5 to 8 O'Clock to receive applications etc."
Stores Resolved that the following Stores be ordered from the National
Sporting Goods Co.
36 Blue Shirts (Cashmere) at- 8/6 each nett.
36 pairs white Knickers @ 3/6 per pair.
24 White Shirts (Cheap at about 2/6 or 3/ each.
All the above to have Players names put on by the N.S.G. Co.
free of charge.
