Committee Meeting held Tuesday June 9th 1892

Present		G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Jackson, Griffiths, Clayton,
		Davies, Leyland, Coates & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Registration of	Secretary read a letter from C. W. Alcock (E. A.) after which
Company		it was resolved that the Registration of Company be proceeded
		with at once.

New Players	Resolved that Mr. Griffiths go to Scotland with Latta re
		Bell & C.

Special		Resolved that notice calling Special Emergency Committee
Emergency Com.	Meeting for Thursday next at 3.0 be sent out to consider
		engagement of Doyle & others.

McKeown		Resolved that Secretary's action re this player be confirmed &
		that he be requested to come down here - his expenses being
		paid. the Committee agreeing to B'burn Rovers terms for
		transfer viz. the sum of £25 to be paid on his playing for
		us.

A. Brady's	Resolved that the "Villa" have permission to engage Brady
transfer	on their agreeing to pay us £36 for his transfer on his
		playing for them.

County Police	Resolved that 2 Sets of Keys to the Ground be provided
re Goodison Rd.	for the Officers.

Lincoln City	Resolved that the Secretary apply for payment of
F C		money due.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
