Law Com.	Resolved that Messrs Mahon & Coates act as Law Sub. Committee
		to fix special Articles of Association.

Advance to	Resolve that we approve of £70 being advanced out of Club Funds
Sports a/c	to be banked for Sports account.

Signatures to	Resolved that Messrs Jackson, Currier, Clayton & Molyneux be
cheques for above empowered to sign cheques. All cheques to have the signatures of
		two of the above named.

Mayor of	Resolved that Messrs Coates & Dr. Baxter & the Secretary wait
L'pool		upon the Mayor & give him the required information.

Stores		Resolved that Messrs Sugg, T. C. Jones & Co., National Sporting
		Goods Co. & Hibberd & Moore be asked to send samples &
		prices of light & heavy Shirts (Cambridge Blue) & Knickers
		(white) - to be guaranteed not to shrink nor fade & to be
		perfectly reliable.

Stands		Resolved that the architect (Mr. Prescott) be asked to prepare plans,
		sections & elevation for Stands at a Cost of about £15.00.
		This amount to include No. Two End Stands to hold about
		3000 each; 1 Covered Stand to hold about 3000, No 2
		Dressing Rooms under Covd. Stand (Baths & C not included) also
		Banking up between field of Play & Stands.

Plans		Resolved that the plans be sent to the Committee so that they
		may advertise for Tenders.

Keys to Ground	Messrs Griffiths, Jackson, Davies, Clayton, Mahon & Secretary
		Mr. Veale having at present two sets.

18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
