Waugh's Letter	Resolved that Waugh's letter asking for some assistance
for assistance	do lie on the table.

Ground Com.	Resolved that this Committee express confidence in the Sub. Com.
		work done in the ground up to the present.

Architect	Resolved that the Secretary communicate with Mr. Prescott
		as to his taking the level on the Ground & to see that
		Kelly Bros. carry out their contract satisfactory.

Company Scheme	Resolved that the Secretary write Mr. Fairclough & say that
		at present the Committee have not made any arrangements for
		the issue of Mortgage Debenture Bonds.

Players		Resolved that the engagements made with 23 players mentioned
Engagements	in previous page with terms as stated be confirmed.

Chadwick &	These two players appeared after a portion of the Committee had left
Holt		& stated that they were prepared to close the matter re Benefit Match
		for £30 down & say a pound a week until April 30th added on to their
		wages. After consideration by 5 members of Committee the Chairman
		stated that he would recommend the Committee to pay them £30
		down now and another £50 at the end of the Season (to each) on
		condition they signed on now for Season 1893-94 but this offer
		they refused.

18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
