Committee Meeting held Monday May 23rd 1892
Present		G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Griffiths, Leyland, Atkinson,
		Currier, Davies, Dr. Baxter, Jackson, Clayton, Coates & the Sec.

Minutes of last	Meeting read & confirmed.

Payments to	The Secretary reported the receipt of Cheque value £10
Club		deposited with Combination last Season also cheque £8
		to purchase Championship Flag.

Accounts	Resolved that the following accounts be paid by Treasurer
		W. Elines		0. 9. 6
		H. Barton		22. 18. 4
		Taxes Schedule III	22. 6. 10, the Secretary to make application
		for any returns due to the club.

Earp's Transfer	Resolved that Mr. J. Earp have his release to join any League club.

Sub. Committees	Resolved that the following Sub Committees be appointed.
		Ground		Messrs	Griffiths, Davies, Clayton, Leyland & Dr. Baxter.
		Finance		"	Atkinson, Davies, Coates & Jackson (Treasurer).
		Match		"	Currier & Griffiths.
		Advertising 	"	Griffiths, Currier, Jackson, Leyland & Clayton with
				power to enter into contracts for adv. inside & outside
				of the hoarding.
Opening Match	Resolved that the Secretary do try & get Queens Park
		to open our new Ground.

League		Resolved that the match Committee arrange to send rep.
Meeting		with the Secretary to meeting on Friday next.

E. Association	Resolved that the Sec. take steps to have matter of retd. Pros.
Annual Meeting	to Scotland brought before the meeting in London.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
